2.) After you find out how much you want to spend, next you should contact a lender. The lender will tell you how much home you can afford to purchase. You must have a pre-qualification letter from a lender before you submit an offer on a home. So you should also have this letter before you start seeing homes.

Remember that the sales staff at the model home works for the builder. They don’t represent you. Always hire your own Buyer’s Agent to represent your interest. Cities that have new construction right now are Waxhaw, Wesley Chapel, Weddington, Indian Trail, Matthews Monroe, and Marvin.
Two areas that are slated for growth in the next few years are Belmont and Mount Holly. Other beautiful surrounding cities in Gaston County are Dallas, Kings Mountain, and Shelby
Buyers love homes in Concord, Harrisburg, Locust, Kannapolis, Midland, and Mount Pleasant. Many of these areas still have a country feeling to them. These rural areas are perfect for the USDA homes, 100% financing program if you qualify.
